This is to inform you that the General Meeting of Shareholders of Quantdart Fintech Limited (the “Company”) decided on restructuring the Company’s business model to provide financial services to Professional Clients only from September 01, 2022. 

To qualify as a Professional Client, a person must meet the requirements of AIFC Conduct of Business Rules No. FR0005 of 2017. In this regard, if you wish to become a Professional Client, we kindly ask you to contact us no later than August 21, 2022. 

 

We are stopping the onboarding of Retail and Accredited Investors effective immediately. 
Existing Retail and Accredited Investors of QuantDART received individual notifications about the change.
